Service Associates are cross-trained in every area of theater operations, including box office, concession stand, usher, and door position. Enhanced positions are also available for cross-training (cook, barista, bartender, server, and expediter). They are the most direct representatives to Consolidated Theatre and are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all cinema guests.
