In early August, The AIA Honolulu held their 15th Annual CANstruction Competition, to help raise much needed, food and monetary donations for The Hawaii Foodbank. Five teams of local architects, allied design and engineering professionals put their building skills to the test as they creatively “Canstructed” structures made entirely of canned goods! In honor of Kahala Mall’s 50th Anniversary, the theme this year: “All that glitters CAN be gold!”
The Covid -10 pandemic is revealing a hunger challenge that many families across the state are continually facing. From Sat. Oct. 3 – Sun. Oct. 11, please visit the AIA Honolulu’s – Peerless Kiosk located in our Center Court.
