4. Customers must spend a combined minimum subtotal of $100 to earn any HawaiianMiles from Kahala Mall.
5. Individual HawaiianMiles members can earn up to 1,500 miles maximum ($300 in total receipts) from Kahala Mall.
6. Multiple forms from HM members or excess over 1,500 miles for member, will not be rewarded from Kahala Mall.
7. All miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the HawaiianMiles Frequent Flyer Program. All standard HawaiianMiles terms and conditions apply.
8. Bill payments, prescription insurance portion co-pays, postage stamp purchases are not eligible.
9. Submitting a “duplicate” or “split” receipt makes eligibility for this promotion null and void.
10. Only (1) person per receipt may earn miles for the item(s).
11. MILES VOIDED OR REVOKED for returned purchases.
12. Purchases of Kahala Mall gift cards and individual store/restaurant gift certificates/cards do not qualify for miles. (However, customers may make a purchase with a Kahala Mall or store gift card and qualify for miles.)
