*Rules and Restriction apply:

1. All RECEIPTS MUST BE PRINTED, ELECTRONIC RECEIPTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, max. (2) receipts per store.
2. Receipts from Apple, Gamestop, Longs Drugs, Macy’s, My Wireless AT&T, Ross Dress for Less, Sephora, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and Whole Foods Market will only be accounted for up to $50 max. per store.
3. Customers must be18 years old or older.
4. Customer MUST have HawaiianMiles number, picture I.D. and signature, to receive miles. Individual HawaiianMiles member must be present.
5. Same-day receipts must be time-stamped from 10AM-6PM on June 12, 2022, and redeemed by 6:15PM on June 12, 2022, at the redemption tables in Center Court. No exceptions.
6. Customers must spend a combined minimum Mall-wide, of $100 to earn any HawaiianMiles from Kahala Mall to be qualified for 4X HawaiianMiles.
7. *Individual HawaiianMiles members can earn up to 1,600 miles maximum ($400 in total receipts) from Kahala Mall. 
8. Multiple forms from HM members or excess over 1,600 miles will NOT be rewarded from Kahala Mall.
9. All miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the HawaiianMiles Frequent Flyer Program. All standard HawaiianMiles terms and conditions apply.
10. Receipt totals exclude sales tax and tips.
11. Bill payments, prescription insurance portion co-pays, postage stamp purchases are not eligible.
12. Submitting a “duplicate” or “split” receipt makes eligibility for this promotion null and void.
13. Only (1) person per receipt may earn miles for the item(s).
14. MILES VOIDED OR REVOKED for returned purchases.
15. Purchases of Kahala Mall gift cards and individual store/restaurant gift certificates/cards do not qualify for miles. (However, customers may make a purchase with a Kahala Mall or store gift card and qualify for miles.)
