Gift Certificate Program
Always a perfect gift! For your convenience, you can buy Kahala Mall gift certificates right in the Mall—exclusively at the two American Savings Bank ATMs in the Macy's wing. They are not available for purchase in the Kahala Mall Management Office. Gift certificates are now available for purchase days, evenings, weekends and holidays. So simple and so convenient!
HOW TO PURCHASE GIFT CERTIFICATES:
- Use your debit card or credit card
- Enter your PIN number
- Purchase Mall gift certificates in $10 or $25 increments
BENEFITS:
- More accessible—Gift certificates may be purchased any time the Mall is open—days, evenings and weekends.
- Location is easier to access than the Mall Management Office—right outside Macy's.
- Easy to use—Simply use a debit card or credit card and your PIN.
- Custom gift certificate envelopes are available at each ATM.
- Valid at all Kahala Mall and Pearlridge store, restaurant and theatres.
BULK ORDERS:
If needed, bulk orders may be placed through the Kahala Mall Management Office. To qualify as bulk order, a minimum of 50 gift certificates in $10 or $25 denominations must be purchased. A Bulk Order Form must be completed and accompanied by a business check or personal check. Gift certificates will be available for pickup within ten (10) business days of the order being placed. The customer will be notified by phone when the bulk order is ready.

Why are gift certificates no longer available at the Kahala Mall Management Office?
Kahala Mall’s gift certificate program was consolidated with Pearlrigde Center’s ATM system. Since both shopping centers are sister properties and honor each other’s gift certificates, it was only natural that Kahala Mall would follow Pearlridge’s lead. Once Kahala Mall’s ATM system was perfected, gift certificate sales at the Management Office were discontinued. Gift certificates are valid at all Kahala Mall and Pearlridge stores, restaurants and theatres.
What kind of fees apply?
Kahala Mall, Pearlridge and American Savings Bank do not charge a fee to purchase gift certificates through the ATMs; however, your own bank and/or credit card fees may apply. Credit card transaction are treated as cash advances; debit card transactions are considered a cash withdrawal (non-currency dispense).
How can I find out my PIN?
Contact your financial institution or credit card company through the phone number on your card to find out how to obtain your PIN.
I know my PIN - why isn't my debit card working?
Some credit unions that issue debit cards do not participate with the American Savings Bank network. For more information concerning credit union debit cards, call American Savings Bank's Customer Service Center at 627-6900.
I do not own a debit or credit card. What are my options?
You may visit one of our many retail stores or restaurants that issue their own gift certificates/cards.
Which cards do the American Savings Bank ATMs accept?
Cards participating in the following ATM networks are accepted for gift certificate purchases: STAR, MasterCard, VISA, Cirrus, PLUS, Discover, American Express, JCB and NYCE.
